Location: Columbia, MO (On-site / Hospital and clinic in the exact same facility)
Schedule: Full-Time | Office & Hospital 24-Hour Call Model (With structured recovery time and early Friday closures)
Compensation: Competitive Pay ($350,000 – $500,000 Base Salary per year DOE + Production Bonuses)

The mission of the OB/GYN Physician is to serve as a cornerstone of clinical excellence and a trusted guardian of women’s health within a distinguished, physician-led practice in Columbia, Missouri. Scope of Impact
- Comprehensive Clinical Excellence: Deliver exceptional full-scope obstetrics and gynecologic care. Manage everything from routine annual exams and preventive wellness to complex contraceptive management, hormone therapies, and evaluations for abnormal uterine bleeding.
- Thriving Obstetrics Service: Provide empathetic, high-level prenatal care, manage labor and delivery workflows, and expertly perform both routine vaginal deliveries and complex cesarean sections. Oversee postpartum care and hospital rounding with a heavy focus on patient safety.
- Advanced Surgical Exposure: Lead on-site clinical procedures and complex gynecologic operative surgeries. Drive successful patient outcomes utilizing state-of-the-art facilities, featuring direct access to two Da Vinci robotic systems for laparoscopic and minimally invasive hysterectomies, fibroid removal, and endometriosis treatments.
- Collaborative Continuum of Care: Work hand-in-hand with an elite, 11-physician team and leverage strong hospital affiliations with Boone Health / Boone Hospital Center. Access top-tier on-site imaging, Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) expert consultations, and a dedicated Level III NICU to ensure flawless multi-disciplinary care.
- Balanced Field Operations: Maintain a highly predictable, sustainable workflow. Benefit from a 24-hour call model structured around an adjacent office and hospital layout, ensuring zero travel stress, a guaranteed post-call day off, and an early office closure every Friday to protect your personal well-being.
Profile of Excellence
- Clinical Versatility: A passion for full-scope OB/GYN practice, striking a natural balance between long-term clinic relationships and high-acuity surgical or delivery room environments.
- Technical & Surgical Mastery: Strong foundational or advanced proficiency in obstetrics, general gynecologic surgery, and minimally invasive/robotic techniques.

License and Experience Requirements
- Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
- Certification: Board Certification or active Board Eligibility in OB/GYN is strictly required.
- Experience Level: Open to all experience levels. We are fully equipped to onboard and mentor New Graduates, Interns, and Fellows, as well as integrate seasoned practitioners.
